Arkansas · Campground directory
The official directory lists 4 reservable campgrounds with Mt. Ida as their location. When they sell out, cancellations return to the official calendar unannounced — we watch around the clock and text you the second a matching site opens.
| Campground | Park / area | Sites |
|---|---|---|
| Denby Point | Lake Ouachita | 82 sites |
| Tompkins Bend | Lake Ouachita | 78 sites |
| Joplin | Lake Ouachita | 64 sites |
| Tompkins Bend Day-Use | Lake Ouachita | 1 sites |
Listings use the city recorded for each campground in the official Recreation Information Database (RIDB) — a campground listed here is in or near Mt. Ida, which is why this page says "in or near."
Pick a campground above and set a free watch on it. We scan the official Recreation.gov calendar around the clock; the second a site matching your dates and equipment opens, you get a text with a direct link to that exact site. You book it yourself, in your own account, at the normal price. We never book, hold, or resell anything — monitoring is all we do, and it's what your fee pays for.
Page data refreshed 2026-10-29. Campground facts come from the official directory listings; cancellation statistics come from our own scanning logs.
