Overview Bluff Landing is located immediately upstream of Newt Graham Lock and Dam 18 on the Verdigris River which is part of the McClellan-Kerr Navigation System. The park is approximately 12 east of Broken Arrow, OK. Visitors enjoy camping, picnicking, fishing, kayaking or simply enjoying the scenic beauty of the area Recreation The Newt Graham Lock and Dam 18 project was primarily constructed for the improvement of the Arkansas River and its tributaries for commercial barge traffic, however, it also offers recreation and resource opportunities.
Sites at Bluff Landing are reserved through Recreation.gov. Sites here can be reserved in advance through the official system, and they are claimed fast — cancellations then trickle back all season, unannounced, at any hour of the day or night.
