Denali National Park - Road Lottery — a bookable permit listing on Recreation.gov, at Denali National Park & Preserve. The agency's own description and rules below; permit systems run on lotteries and windows, not cancellation markets.
Overview: Each September the park hosts a multi-day event called "Road Lottery." During these days, winners of a lottery drawing are given a chance to purchase a single, day-long permit, allowing them to drive as much of the Denali Park Road as weather allows.

No. Permits are issued to named applicants through the official system; we publish the data, the calendars, and the odds — and watch the bookable campgrounds around them.
