Overview Dewayne Hayes Campground is located on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, on Columbus Lake in Mississippi. The campground provides convenient access to the waterway. Loyd DeWayne Hayes, a member of the 145th Engineering Battalion of the Alabama National Guard.
